If you see a particular cycling tour you would like to book, please provide us with the following basic info and we will respond to confirm the tour and accommodation is available. Just email us (see Contact Page)

• Tour Name and Ref. No, e.g. The Stewartry Discovery Tour - 4B.
• Your Name and others in your party.
• Arrival date (usually on the day before the tour start date)
• Means of Arrival
• Accommodation standard and room type required – e.g. B&B - double / twin
• For cycle hire – heights of each party member name.

Following receipt we will confirm the tour availability and let you know of payment options. 25% deposit is required when we accept your booking with the remainder payable when you arrive for your tour.

We can then correspond further as required to provide you with the holiday you require.

We look forward to meeting you on arrival at your accommodation when we will go over your tour and provide the tour information pack..
